Talking Stream Overlay

Based loosely off "TenguTenguTengu" this sprite talks when you do.  Insert your own image from your hard drive or the web (works best with a low-res image of a humanoid without a mouth; unfortunately, animations are not supported), position the mouth where it should go, and choose the background chroma-key color.  Capture the window in your streaming software and now you have a little buddy that reacts to sounds!
